Since he could walk, Conner has been good at sports. You know him. He was that kid in high school who gave you his turn at kicking for goal, because he’d already mastered it. That natural kid who had your back.

Conner has more than 4 years’ experience in the fitness industry. Now with an Advanced Diploma in Fitness, he’s gone from being that kid in the playground, to that fitness instructor in your gym.

Conner was a top-level junior golfer, but now his hobbies include martial arts and boxing. He has many straps to his wrist.

In addition to his top drawer qualifications, Conner is a Punchfit trainer and a Swissball instructor. With an intricate understanding of human bio-mechanics, Conner can cater for anyone’s needs.

Mel was surprised at what she achieved training with Conner. “Conner is a perfect combination of tough (not letting me give in, despite my whinging sometimes) and encouraging,” Mel said.

It’s a testament to Conner’s ability to spice things up, that Mel is the one of many clients to have been training with Conner for over 12 months.



Like the most respected upcoming professionals Conner has qualifications to cater for a range of needs. A junior career in top-level golf motivated Conner to hone his golf-specific fitness instruction. A blossoming interest in martial arts, including BJJ and Kickboxing, led to a supplementary qualification as a Punchfit instructor. A fully-qualified fitness instructor, he knows how to help you trim, tone or just improve your quality of life. Conner’s holistic approach gives him the biomechanical, nutritional knowledge to help any athlete find their physical potential.

Conner can also tailor classes to individuals just needing to structure their fitness and finally see some change. One of Conner’s clients is testament to that. After being in and out of the home gym without any muscle gain to show for it, Lucia was pleased to “finally find a personal trainer that would structure a programme to meet my goals.” Lucia now uses her home gym to great effect, thanks to the guidance from her personal trainer.
